Shipping within Australia                                                                                                            

Standard shipping within Australia for orders under $49 a flat rate of $6.95 will be charged

Free Standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $49

International Shipping

Standard shipping to international destinations for orders under $99 a flat rate of $14.95 will be charged

Free Standard shipping to international destinations on all orders over $99

Any duties, taxes and custom clearance fees that may be charged by your country to import this order remain the responsibility of the customer. WATT Jewellery will not be liable for any additional charges.

Once an order is received it will be packed and sent within 1-2 business days (Please note we do not ship items out on Weekends or Public Holidays).

Estimated delivery time within the Australia Post Network from when your order has been shipped will be between 1-5 business days. Please allow an additional few days for regional and non-metro areas.

Once your order has been dispatched an email update will be sent to you that includes your parcel tracking number.

In the unlikely event that an item has sold out and we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you by email to discuss your options.


RETURNS

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email sales@wattjewellery.com.au as soon as possible upon receipt and we will provide you with a return address.

Please Note – Faulty items are those that have a genuine manufacturing fault. We do not consider general wear and tear and the loss of stones over time as a manufacturing fault.

In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item we will work together with you to find the solution that best fits you.


CHANGE OF MIND 

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds because you have changed your mind. Make your selection carefully. Pierced earrings especially are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

COVID19 delivery delays may affect your order if you are outside of a metro area or in an area where lockdown laws are in place.  Our freight companies are experiencing delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. They are seeing a huge increase in volume as more people are shopping online. Due to this your items may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this time.
